DMCA Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026.
TheTVApp respects the intellectual property rights of others. We do not host, store or stream any video content. Our website publishes information and guides. If you believe that material on this website infringes your copyright, you can send us a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
How to submit a notice
Send your notice through our Contact page with the subject “DMCA Notice”. To be valid, it should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorised to act for the copyright owner.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL on this website where the material you complain about appears.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.
What happens next
When we receive a complete notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and let the person who published it know.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice through the same contact page, including your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your contact details and consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
Repeat infringers
We may restrict access for users who are repeatedly the subject of valid notices.
False claims
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages under the DMCA. Please make sure your claim is valid before sending a notice.
